The Medical Assistant will provide comprehensive patient care, including preparing patients for exams, performing clinical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. They will also support clinic operations by managing patient flow, maintaining equipment, and assisting with billing and administrative tasks.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed an accredited Medical Assistant program. A current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is required.

We have two (2) open positions, one (1) is for our Westmoreland office and one (1) is for our Gallatin office.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant to join our dedicated team at our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to our diverse patient population. Your professionalism, clinical expertise, and interpersonal skills will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, accessible, and patient-centered care to individuals in need. Although it is not typical, Off-Site Work could, at times, be required of this position. This off-site work will typically include, but is not limited to, performing nursing duties (i.e. Vital Signs) at Health Fairs or other HOPE Sponsored Events and attending off-site meetings, trainings or conferences.
