The Employment Support Professional secures community-based employment for adults with mental health or substance use issues using the IPS Fidelity Model. They develop person-centered employment plans and collaborate with community providers to assist individuals in mastering work skills.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting adults with mental health or substance use disabilities is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
