Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Education Requirements High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required) Minimum Experience Requirements Two years of recent LPN experience (preferred) License/Certifications Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (required) Basic Life Support (required) IV Therapy (Required upon hire or within three month of hire/transfer) Physical Requirements Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Schedule: Full time (days)
Candidates must have a High School Diploma, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, and Basic Life Support certification. Two years of recent LPN experience is preferred, and IV Therapy certification is required upon hire or within three months.
