Locations
Provide direct personal care support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities and medication administration. Maintain a safe, clean environment while documenting resident progress and fostering social interaction and independence.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Applicants should possess strong communication skills and the physical ability to lift and assist individuals as needed.
Oak Hill is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Residential Program Worker (RPW) to provide direct support to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. This person will inspire others and make a life changing impact while achieving professional growth and personal fulfillment.
