The Home and Community Based Therapist provides structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions directly in clients' homes to address behavioral health needs. They work collaboratively with families to help clients access their core strengths and reach their full potential.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field and possess a valid NY clinical license (LCSW or LMHC). Additionally, the role requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and a valid driver's license.

Full Time - Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits!
Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi! Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period! or a or a $10,000 Stay on bonus ($5,000 given 6 months into the role and another $5,000 at 12 months) for bilingual English / Spanish speakers!
