Certified Nursing Assistant (Swing Bed)

• Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, Arkansas, has openings for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) within our Swing-Bed Department.
• We have openings across multiple shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends and offer flexible scheduling with Full Time, Part Time, and PRN opportunities available.

• OCH's swing-bed service allows a patient to transition from acute care to Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care without leaving the hospital.
• This allows a patient to continue receiving services in the hospital even though acute care is no longer required.
• This is comparable to working in a SNF, except that this program is based in a hospital with a lower CNA to patient ratio.
• As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families.
• The CNA provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds.

Requirements

Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required. Current BLS certification required. OCH is an Equal Opportunity Employer
