Float team members support multiple outpatient clinics across the ambulatory network, stepping in where help is needed most to provide care across adult and pediatric settings. A minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse is required, along with licensure by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state, and current AHA or Red Cross BLS certification. A Bachelor of Nursing degree is preferred, with specific requirements for ADN/Diploma nurses to enroll in and complete a BSN program.
