The therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and young adults while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for conducting clinical assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and possess relevant clinical experience. Applicants must be licensed or pre-licensed in California as an LMFT, AMFT, LPCC, APCC, LCSW, or ASW.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and/or young adults presenting with anxiety, depression, substance use, and other co-occurring mental health conditions. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and interviews with patients and families. Establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with assigned patients throughout a 28–35 day treatment episode. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates. Synthesize and communicate clinical findings to interdisciplinary team Participate in aftercare and discharge planning, collaborating with families and external providers to ensure continuity of care. Adhere to ethical standards and all applicable clinical, regulatory, and licensing
Previous experience in a clinical mental health or behavioral health setting. Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults. Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Experience providing individual, group, and/or family therapy. Experience with mental health, substance use, eating disorders, or trauma-informed treatment preferred. Licensed or pre-licensed in California as one of the following:

Salary Range: $75,000—$95,000 USD
