The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients to restore occupational function, including assessing musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional mobility status. They are responsible for establishing therapy goals, formulating treatment plans, and documenting patient progress effectively.
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid Occupational Therapist license. Additionally, they must hold a specialty certification such as CHT, BCG, BCMH, BCP, BCPR, CDRS, or LANA certification.

This Position is open to a CHT with a Physical Therapist Background.
The Occupational Therapist assists patients in the restoration of occupational function through evaluation and treatment. Performs examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and integumentary systems as they relate to functional mobility skills. Includes gathering information from the patient chart, patient and family, or other source as appropriate.
