The Family Support Worker provides transportation, crisis intervention, and supervised interactions to support families in navigating trauma. They are also responsible for coordinating meetings and maintaining accurate, timely case documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in human services working with children or dependent adults. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and strong communication skills are also required.

In this role, you’ll support families experiencing trauma or life challenges by providing guidance, transportation, and supervised family interactions. You’ll collaborate with parents, children, foster families, and other professionals who share a commitment to keeping families safe, supported, and connected.

High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience in human services working with children and/or dependent adults Preferred qualifications, but not required: Associate degree with at least six months of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field Additional Requirements Ability to work independently, respond to emergencies, and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable internet access or ability to work from an office location Valid driver’s license Auto insurance with liability coverage and a safe driving record Candidates with diverse backgrounds and multilingual abilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
