Provide trauma-informed individual and family therapy to children and caregivers while conducting comprehensive assessments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards.
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and a current valid license (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Candidates must have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a community or agency setting.

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) with experience and passion for working with children and families. In this role, you will provide therapy services that promote emotional wellness, strengthen family systems, and address challenges such as trauma, behavioral concerns, attachment issues, grief, and more. Provide developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed individual and family therapy to children and their caregivers Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and support teams Utilize play therapy, attachment-based models, and other evidence-informed practices Engage caregivers as active participants in the therapeutic process Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with agency, ethical, and licensing standards Participate in case consultations, team meetings, clinical supervision, and interdisciplinary collaboration with schools, child welfare, and other community partners Advocate for children and families in accessing resources and support services
