Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Fridley.
This is a thriving, multi-specialty outpatient practice serving a diverse patient population across age, socioeconomic status, and cultural backgrounds.
Position Overview: The Family Medicine Physician will examine, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses, while also providing preventive care and counseling patients and families on acute and chronic conditions.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-based care model focused on high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care.
Practice Details: 20-provider primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite Average 18 patient encounters per day Call Frequency: Approximately 1:10 (low intensity, phone consultation only with first-tier nurse triage) Opening: 0.90 FTE (Full Time) or less with flexible scheduling (30.6 patient contact hours per week) Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical exams Develop differential diagnoses and order appropriate diagnostic testing Provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations Interpret diagnostic results and implement treatment plans Refer patients to specialists as appropriate Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Participate in cross-coverage and care coordination Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team Engage in quality improvement initiatives and system-based practices Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Compensation & Benefits: Initial 2-year salary guarantee with opportunity to exceed through a production-based compensation model (quality and patient experience incentives) Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and potential student loan support Comprehensive benefits package including: Generous PTO and CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Retirement contributions and additional benefits

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
