The Lead Residential Clinical Assistant supports the clinical team by guiding residents through daily routines and facilitating therapeutic activities. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, structured environment and providing direct care, including crisis intervention and medication assistance.

As a Lead Residential Clinical Assistant at Paradigm Treatment Centers and Ridge RTC, you will work closely with Clinical Directors, Therapists, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to support adolescents and young adults throughout their rehabilitative journey. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment while supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
Salary Range: $22—$24 USD
