The Community Recovery Coach assesses client needs, develops individualized recovery plans, and provides ongoing support in community and residential settings. They advocate for clients and monitor progress to ensure the provision of comprehensive mental health and addiction services.
Candidates must have a high school diploma with 4 years of experience or an associate degree with 2 years of experience in a mental health or human services field. A valid Connecticut driver's license is required, and the ability to obtain a Public Service License within 90 days is mandatory.
