The Occupational Therapist assesses patient needs, develops individualized treatment plans, and conducts therapy programs to restore functioning and enhance well-being. They collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, document progress, and facilitate effective discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current Connecticut state license. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to meet physical demands, including lifting over 50 lbs, are required.
