The goal of the home health Registered Nurse (RN) is to return the patient to the highest practicable level of independence and well-being within the community with self-management of disease and other identified processes. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited professional nursing school with an active Colorado license and at least one year of RN experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to communicate in the client's language are also required.
