The Physical Therapist provides direct and indirect patient care to assist in rehabilitation and the restoration of normal body function. They are responsible for implementing treatment programs, supervising ancillary staff, and coordinating care for patients in a home health setting.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree and possess a valid Physical Therapist license and BLS certification. The role requires the ability to perform patient lifts and transfers, along with proficiency in electronic health records and clear communication skills.

Provides direct and indirect patient care to assist in the rehabilitation and restoration of normal body function after illness and/or injury. Implements treatment programs according to the plan of care, administers modalities, trains patients in T.E.., transfers, and gait and supervises PT Assistants and PT Aides.
Ability to assist in patient lifts, transfers, and guarded functional activity training. Minimum required: Bachelor's Preferred/desired: Master's degree or doctorate
