Market context

California radiation therapy roles stay selective

California employers often seek radiation therapy technologists for oncology centers, hospitals, and outpatient treatment settings, with demand tied to ongoing cancer care needs. This role is competitive because employers usually want ARRT certification, an associate’s degree or certificate, at least one year of experience, and current BLS certification. Review the original posting carefully and confirm your clinical experience matches the equipment and patient-care setting before applying; on this platform, job requirements and benefits are AI-summarized from the original description to save research time.
