The physical therapist will evaluate and treat pediatric patients with various diagnoses while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to reach patient goals. Responsibilities include supervising care, maintaining documentation, and participating in the development of new clinical programs.
Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school and possess a current state license or eligibility for licensure. A valid CPR certification is also required for this role.
High Standard of Care: Understand appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws that govern how PTs may practice and whom they may supervise. Collaborative Approach: Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency, and duration of physical therapy in collaboration with the referring physician.
