The nurse practitioner provides high-quality medical diagnostic services, treatment, and preventative care to patients while collaborating with supervising physicians. They are responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, managing chronic and acute conditions, and participating in quality improvement programs.
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in nursing, a California State License, and national certification as a nurse practitioner. A minimum of one year of experience working with the elderly and fluency in English and Cantonese are required.

AACN Certification Corporation National Board on Certification of Hospice and Palliative Nurses Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program. Licensed Registered Nurse in California. Current documentation of Basic Life Support and First Aid certification is required. DEA License Required Minimum of 1 year working with the elderly required. LANGUAGE: Must be able to fluently speak, read and write English. Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) is required. Fluency in other languages is an asset. STATUS: This is an FLSA exempt position. This is not an OSHA high-risk position.
