The Licensed Practical Nurse performs patient screenings to determine appropriate care avenues and assists the healthcare team in planning and implementing patient care. They also serve as a nursing resource for clinical staff while adhering to state nursing board provisions.
40 hour per week; Monday - Friday Day Shift
Performs screening to determine appropriate avenue for care of patients. Functions as a member of the health care team at an intermediate nursing level to assist in the planning and implementation of patient care based upon sound nursing judgment, clinical preparation, knowledge, skills and experience. Nursing care is provided in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. In addition, serves as a nursing resource for clinical staff.

Candidates must hold a diploma or associate degree from an accredited LPN program and possess at least one year of clinical nursing experience. A valid LPN or RN license and Basic Life Support certification are required upon hire.
