The Clinician provides direct mental health services, targeted case management, and rehabilitative skill development, focusing on strengths-based, trauma-informed care for clients under the ORR contract. Key duties include monitoring client well-being, developing permanency plans, conducting formal and informal assessments, and ensuring services are culturally sensitive and delivered in the client's primary language.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a related behavioral science where direct clinical experience is a program requirement, and must be at least 21 years old. Required licensure includes registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an ASW, AMFT, or APCC, along with maintaining individual malpractice insurance.

Provides strengths-based, trauma-informed therapy, targeted case management services, rehabilitative skill development, treatment coordination, collaboration with the treatment team or other providers, advocacy, and linkage to community resources as identified by client need, and collaboration with the other members of the client’s support network. Clinician work with the ORR contract to monitor and ensure the safety and overall well-being of clients and families served, make both formal and informal assessments of clients served to develop a permanency plan to ensure timely permanency is achieved.
