Description Physical Therapist (PT) – Senior Living This position requires an active State Physical Therapist license. Applicants without a PT license will not be considered.

Physical Therapist (Consistent PRN) – Senior Living Community HTS is currently looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team on a part time/consistent PRN basis at a continuing care retirement community in Richmond, Indiana. This flexible position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while accommodating a variety of scheduling needs, including weekday and weekend availability. We can offer a consistent schedule of 10 to 15 hours per week, tailored to your availability and preferences.

Job Details

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

Complete recertifications, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely and accurate manner.

Deliver effective, patient-centered treatment to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience in outpatient therapy or a similar clinical setting.
  • Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends if needed.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
