• Our Home Assistance Program is looking for caring, compassionate individuals to provide assistance or cueing and supervision to members living in their own home in the Attleboro area.
• The program offers: Flexible shifts — perfect for parents or students!
• Daytime shifts only, 7 days a week.
• Weekends/holidays have a differential pay.
• Team approach working with an RN and Social Worker/Case Manager.
• Starting pay of $21 per visit! $22.50 on weekends and holidays!!
• Experience in the healthcare field.
• Play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and a higher quality of life for the people we serve!

Duties

Include: Assistance with personal care. Light housekeeping. Laundry, shopping. May include meal prep, if needed. Must Have: Reliable transportation. A sincere desire to assist members with their ADLs. Good communication skills. Experience in providing homecare and/or working with adults with a medical or mental health diagnosis strongly preferred! No CNA or HHA license required if you possess the experience.
