The Program Aide assists the Activity Director and Program Coordinator with daily activities and implementation of program goals at Adult Day Health sites, which includes maintaining participant records and observing/reporting participant status. Responsibilities also involve assisting with basic nursing care, personal care, emergency response, and encouraging participant socialization and recreation.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have one year of experience working with adults or the chronically disabled, along with demonstrated competence or a CNA certification per DPH regulations. Successful completion of a MA State CORI check, CPS check, and a pre-employment physical is mandatory, and reliable transportation is required.

We are currently seeking 1 full time (35 hours per week) Floating Program Aide for our Adult Day Health (ADH) sites in Fall River and Raynham. The hourly rate is $18 and the standard hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. but may vary by a half hour.
The ADH Program Aide shall assist the Activity Director and Program Coordinator with the day-to-day implementation of the goals and activities set forth by the program's daily operation. The site will be determined based on program needs, but will be communicated in advance.
**Must be able to successfully complete a MA State CORI check, CPS check and company paid, and pre-employment physical.**
