Care Partners provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living to ensure their comfort and safety. They also support resident independence, engage in life enrichment activities, and maintain open communication with families and staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess or be willing to obtain relevant caregiver certifications like CNA, GNA, PCA, or DCA. Additionally, applicants need at least 12 months of professional caregiving experience and current First Aid and CPR certification.

6am - 230pm AM Shift 2pm - 1030pm PM Shift 10pm - 6: 30am NOC Shift

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or the willingness/ability to obtain. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain. Experience, Competencies, and Skills: At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting. Experience with memory care is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity. Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
