The RN is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. They also maintain unit leadership, ensure quality nursing standards, and participate in performance improvement activities.
"The RN is a nursing professional care provider under the direction of the director or designee who utilizes the nursing process, nursing standards and physicians orders to plan, provide and direct nursing practice.

Minimal two (2) years of clinical expertise preferred. Certification in specialty preferred.
The candidate should have at least two years of clinical expertise and possess skills in EKG interpretation and cardiac patient management. Professional certification in the specialty is preferred.
