The TSEA Specialist provides case management, clinical support, and crisis intervention to young adults transitioning out of the foster care system. They are responsible for documenting services in the EMR and collaborating with clinicians to ensure quality, client-centered care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in human services and have at least one year of related experience in counseling or case management. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.

About the program: Transitional Support for Emerging Adults (TSEA)
The TSEA program helps young adults leaving the foster care system successfully transition into adulthood. A successful transition includes maintaining stable and suitable housing, remaining free from legal involvement, participating in an educational/vocational program, and development of life skills necessary to become a successful citizen.
Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
At least one (1) year related experience in counseling and or case management is required. For identified positions, bilingual capacity may be required.
Valid driver’s license.
Will attend all required program trainings.

$20.30/hr min., and up commensurate upon experience.

Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
