They are responsible for providing skilled interventions, documenting care, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Overview

Fairview Range is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services department in Hibbing, MN.

This position is ideal for someone who is motivated by meaningful, one-on-one work with patients in a collaborative, supportive care setting.

We provide individualized, patient-centered therapy services focused on restoring function, improving quality of life, and helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them.

Our rehab team works closely with providers and specialists to support optimal outcomes in a welcoming outpatient environment.

Fairview Range Rehabilitation Services is a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that provides outstanding, well-rounded care to our community.

Schedule

This position will be working 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length is 8 hours on the day shift, with rotating weekends.

  • Rehab: Fairview Range Rehabilitation Services provides comprehensive adult and pediatric physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, as well as adult cardiac and pulmonary rehab. Our physical therapy services include specialty programs such as orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular rehab, sports medicine/strength and conditioning, TMD, pelvic health, cancer rehab, lymphedema therapy, neuro rehab, chronic pain management, dry needling, blood flow restriction therapy, and manual therapy techniques. Our team is committed to delivering evidence-based care while fostering strong relationships with patients, providers, and the community.   • Therapist, you will be responsible for: Partnering with the patient and family, while performing the Evaluation/Re-evaluation. Developing an individualized plan of care through collaboration with the patient and their families. Partnering with patients and their families to provide skilled intervention. Implementing and modifying the plan of care, based on reassessment and patient response. Completing documentation in a timely manner per department standards. Coordinating care and communicating optimally with interdisciplinary team, for all aspects of patient care.

Required Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Minnesota or temporary MN license 0 to 1 year experience in Physical Therapy (new grads welcome!) Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)

Preferred Qualifications

Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy 1-3 years of outpatient rehab experience Interest in expanding skills in specialty areas (we support ongoing training!)

Compensation Disclaimer

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.

Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer.

Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Physical Therapist license in Minnesota or a temporary license and possess Basic Life Support certification. New graduates are welcome to apply, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
