The Occupational Therapist will develop and implement treatment plans to restore patient function and health within a home care setting. They are responsible for evaluating patient progress, documenting services, and instructing families on home exercise programs.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license. At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital, facility, or orthopedic center is required, along with CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
