Position Summary

Must have Intellectual Disability (IDD/DDD) Support Experience. Applicants must be willing to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene. Attend mandated trainings and meetings to become proficient in supporting I/DD individuals. Supervise, report on, document, and assist individuals who may have behavioral or medical concerns Assist individuals in living a quality life by helping them complete daily routines such as eating, toileting, showering, meal prep, and recreation. Retention Bonus & Employment Commitment To support workforce stability and continuity of care for the individuals we serve, Delta Community Supports, Inc. is pleased to offer you a retention bonus totaling $2,000, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. The bonus will be paid in three installments: $500 after successful completion of 6 months of employment $500 after successful completion of 12 months of employment $1,000 after successful completion of 18 months of employment To be eligible for each payment and to maintain the bonus, you must: Remain actively employed in good standing Work an average of at least 30 hours per week during the applicable employment period. Our tiered compensation structure ensures you are paid fairly from day one: Entry Level: $16.00 / hour (No experience required—we provide the training!)
