Respiratory Therapist

• You will assess and treat inpatients and outpatients requiring airway assistance and administering diagnostice prodedures, complete vent management, transport, conscious sedations, and blood gas analysis.
• You will have the ability to share input and discuss orders with providers to meet patient needs as well as mentor new graduates that start their careers with our team.

Schedule

• Casual | Will work on an as needed basis
• Day and Nights | 12 hour shifts

Pay and Benefits

• Pay starting at $41.62 per hour, pay determined by experience
• Pay range: $38.79 - $58.19 per hour
• Earn an additional $2.00 per hour during Evening shifts and weekends | $2.75 for Night shifts
• PTO accrual

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC)
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy, can be obtained upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 180 days of hire
