The physician will provide inpatient neonatal care, including managing critically ill neonates and attending high-risk deliveries. Responsibilities also include performing various neonatal procedures such as intubation and catheterization.

Overview

  • ***Neonatology Supplemental Nocturnist Coverage**
  • We are currently seeking physicians with fellowship training in Neonatology to join our group in Raleigh, NC. Our team currently consists of 10 physicians and 19 APP's. Our physicians provide inpatient neonatal care, including attendance and resuscitation at high-risk deliveries, managing critically ill neonates, ventilator management and complex medical conditions. As well as performing neonatal procedures, such as endotracheal intubation, central and peripheral line placement, umbilical catheterization, and chest tube placement.

Licensure: Licensed Medical Physician And Board Certification in Area of Practice Required Education

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctorate in Medicine and be board certified in Neonatology. Completion of a fellowship, internship, or residency in a related area is required.
