Radiologic Technologist II

• CentraCare – Monticello is looking for a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team.
• In this role, you will perform a variety of imaging modalities, including general x-ray, fluoroscopy, and CT to assist in diagnosing diseases and injuries.
• You will ensure patient safety by reviewing pertinent information, such as medical history and lab values, and following proper radiation safety protocols.
• Additionally, you’ll assess patient conditions before administering contrast media, ensuring accurate positioning and technique to capture the necessary images.
• As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to provide high-quality care.
• You’ll communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures and offering discharge instructions as needed.
• This position also involves maintaining accurate records, participating in departmental quality assurance, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Schedule

• Casual | Will work as needed Various shifts | 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Additional shifts as well as weekends and holidays as needed

• Benefits: $32.18 per hour, pay determined by experience
• Pay range: $32.18 - $48.97 per hour PTO accrual

Qualifications

Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program from an accredited school. ARRT certification Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider card required upon start. Join the Monticello Hospital team: 25-bed critical access hospital including Birthing Center, Medical/Surgical Unit, Pediatrics, and ICU 10-bed Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit. Extensive Outpatient Services: Level IV Emergency Department with ambulance service, Heart Care, Surgical Services, Sleep Center, Diabetes & Nutrition Education, Integrated Behavioral Health, Vascular Care, and Wound Care.
