The Occupational Therapist evaluates and implements care plans to restore physical functional performance and promote injury prevention in a home health setting. They also document assessments, collaborate with healthcare personnel, and educate patients and their families on treatment goals.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid state license, CPR certification, and a driver's license with auto insurance. At least one year of occupational therapy experience is required, with home health experience preferred.
