Nestled in the heart of Dodgeville, Wisconsin, our residential treatment program serves adults ages 18–64 with compassion, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to their journey.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Behavioral Health Technician to join our operations team, who wants to make a real difference while working in a meaningful, mission-driven environment. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be the steady presence during vulnerable moments and the first warm welcome for clients taking courageous steps toward recovery!

Schedule

• Some weekend and holiday availability required.
• 1st shift: 6:30am-3:00pm
• 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm-7:00am

What You'll Do

• Provide transportation to clients on an individual and group level, including to appointments, to/from the airport, and group outings.
• Complete the intake process when clients arrive to treatment (including going through consent forms, giving a facility tour, and answering questions).
• Conduct routine vitals and wellness checks and document client progress.
• Be a calm, compassionate presence in emergencies or moments of need.
• Participate in group activities and client engagement when appropriate.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or GED (required), and at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR & First Aid certified—or willing to get certified.
• Experience or strong interest in addiction recovery or human services.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• A passion for helping others heal!
