The Personal Care Specialist provides quality nursing assistance and personal care to hospice patients with dignity and compassion. They also support families and collaborate with a care team to ensure the patient's needs are met.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Certification as a Nursing Assistant in Ohio and one year of experience are preferred.
Our CNAs are titled "Personal Care Specialist" because they are valued for their expertise in taking care of the patient's personal needs with dignity, compassion and empathy. You could become a Personal Care Specialist that provides quality nursing assistance to patients, assists the family with the care of the patient and works with a team that relies on your input from the close relationship you develop with the patient.
