The Medical Assistant will assist physicians with patient care, treatments, and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment. Responsibilities also include preparing patients for exams, handling specimens, and documenting care accurately in electronic medical records.
Candidates must have completed a Medical Assisting program with a diploma or hold a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with proficiency in electronic medical records and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
The ideal candidate will educate, treat, and inform patients for their appointment. Potential candidates for this role should be excellent communicators who excel at developing and maintaining patient relationships.
Typically, Full time 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Weekend and holiday rotation is required.
$23-$25/hr.
