The Direct Care Specialist assists elderly or disabled individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and housekeeping. They also provide transportation to appointments and ensure the client's home environment remains safe and clean.
Candidates must have at least 3 months of hands-on personal client care experience and housekeeping experience. Strong communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and a reliable work ethic are required.
