The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and leads recreational and social activities to enhance the well-being of residents. They also collaborate with care staff to organize community engagement programs and tailor activities to individual resident needs.
Candidates should have a degree or certification in recreation therapy, social work, or a related field. Experience in activities programming, senior living, or hospitality is preferred along with strong organizational and communication skills.
