The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients with urgent or potential health problems. They also participate in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
Candidates must hold a graduation certificate from an accredited LPN program and possess current state licensure. Proficiency in electronic systems and strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
