Therapists will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals. They are responsible for delivering compassionate, results-driven therapy while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and possess an active state license. Certification as a CCC or status as a CFY candidate is required, along with a commitment to professional compliance.
Therapists will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.
Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate.
Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs. Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
