Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and active OT license in the State of Colorado.
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare.
CPR/BLS certification (must be a demonstration course).
Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
Good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and compassionate.
