The Rehabilitation Counselor assists individuals with disabilities in achieving career and independent living goals by developing individualized service plans and coordinating necessary support. Responsibilities include evaluating diagnostic data, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with community partners to facilitate gainful employment.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling or a related human services field, or hold a current Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certification. The role requires knowledge of case management and experience working with individuals with disabilities or marginalized populations.
