Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist Emergency at Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Full-Time opportunity working Evening shift with a commitment of 36 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are 12:00PM-12:00AM Located in the St. Johns Town Center area, this freestanding emergency center brings Baptist Health’s high-quality emergency services to one of Jacksonville’s busiest and fastest-growing areas. The facility is designed to provide efficient emergency care with advanced technology and streamlined patient flow. Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care
Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care
Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses. Certification- ACLS required within 6 months for the Adult EDs and Free Standing EDs
PALS required within 1 year of hire for the Free Standing EDs and required within 6 months for WCH ED.
