The Clinical Resource Coordinator manages the coordination and preparation of assigned operating rooms and cases, including patient assessments and anticipating surgical needs. They act as a service specialist, performing scrub, assist, or circulate roles while facilitating timely turnovers and first-case starts.
The candidate must be capable of performing all roles within the service, including scrubbing, assisting, and circulating. They are required to coordinate with surgeons and vendors to keep preference sheets current and ensure efficient room preparation.
3-5 Years of Perioperative Nursing Experience Required.
