JOB PURPOSE: Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures. Has thoroughknowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care topatients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascularclinical care during established procedures.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES). MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:Current Georgia RN license, RCIS or RCES ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:BLS and ACLS Business
