Job Title: Physical Therapist
Status: Full Time; Would consider Part Time for the right candidate
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm flexible, 32-40 hours per week Sign on Bonus
The ideal candidate must have a current Illinois Physical Therapist license and CPR certification. Our Physical Therapists strive to provide the highest level of service to all patients by administering physical therapy modalities used in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician.

Current Illinois Physical Therapy license.
