The physician will provide high-quality, consumer-responsive family medicine services within a critical access hospital setting. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care across emergency, prompt care, and progressive care units.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and possess or be eligible for an Illinois medical and controlled substances license. Applicants must also be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
