The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered clinical care and performs initial and ongoing assessments for patients on a telemetry unit. They are responsible for developing individualized care plans, documenting patient status, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Telemetry Med-Surg – 2700
2700 is a telemetry medical-surgical unit. This is a 22-bed unit that cares for cardiac patients on telemetry monitoring. Diagnoses on this unit are primarily cardiac in nature, but the unit also cares for patients with a diverse variety of general medical illnesses. Because of this, our nurses develop a strong set of skills and knowledge that they can use to grow their career throughout the acute care environment.
Education: AS: Nursing (Required)

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.
